Past 1 week and currently, have been undergoing starhub training
it's tough man..need to crawl out of the house by 7+ am for training
Learnt alot of things from starhub mobile services, maxonline, cable tv, customer service skills, system skills etc etc..
Although the job was to handle customer's enquiry and sales only, but need alot of product knopwledge sia..
And it may be just a call but need do like so many things sia from explaining to searching for their info to whether they're blacklist etc etc to sending their request to other department or arranging for appt..
What i scared the most is those nasty, demanding, or troublesome ppls realli will die LOL..
And the keying into the pc is nt easy..alot of things..
Thn need to be careful with words, tone, blah blah blah..
The only things that can gain is $$(but the pay day so long!), get to know more ppls, get to know what product is having discount or are launching e.g. digital voice
Well, had a gd monday with w16k ppls..
Although only 10 attended(Lewis, Phelan, Ian, Sharon, Mich, Rinna, Changyan, Niki, Sarah & me)
Had seoul garden at woodlands with them..
Thn went onto MRT to decide where to go nxt
we sat like we own the whole train & ian and Phelan were super funny LOL
Ian was pretending to smoke in the MRT with a belt on his waist that look so LOL@@
And the ear pierce was connected to the ****inside his pants LOL..
I thought will seat untill Marina Bay cuz noone can decide where to go..
Thn finally headed to orchard..
Buy some alcoholic drinks and sat outside Takashimaya for chat and games..
Ya..thn take the last train to Jurongeast and take cap with sharon and Rinna..
Reach hm quite fast..
On the MRT there's a very white guy that sacred me sia
The train quite empty le and the guy keep walk here, walk there, with some weird actions..
And nw is still the 7th month..
Thn i was like o.0
He look like he's been possessed, and he does look pale to me..
